Mini-Fit H2O waterproof, compact connection system for wire-to-wire connections up to 9.0A per line. The system meets the IP67 index value, ensuring the performance integrity of the connector when entering water depths up to 1 meter. This series is plug and socket assemblies, male and female locking terminals. Plug and receptacle assemblies come with pre-installed interface and wire seals, providing customers with lower applied cost compared to connectors with manually installed seals. The compact size of the Mini-Fit H2O system makes it suitable for tight space applications such as automotive, lighting systems and medical device fields. The terminal has a "wingless" design that will not damage seal installation or removal. Terminals are available with 18 and 20 AWG and UL 1015 wire. Other features include a positive locking system to ensure secure insertion of the connector and prevent accidental ejection, and its UV-stabilized material allows the product to be exposed to direct sunlight.
