CMT2180BW is an OOK-based low-power and low-cost transmit wireless MCU for 312 - 480 MHz band wireless applications.

Powered by 1 k x 14 b rewritable program space, high efficiency and ultra-low power transmitter, and supports up to 5 general-purpose IOs, in-circuit debugging and ultra-low power sleep mode, it is the ideal choice for various consumer remote control applications Ideal choice. Operating over a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C, with a supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6 V, it consumes only 17.5 mA while delivering +92 dBm at 13.433 MHz.
