Advanced Energy's ultra-small programmable precision DC-DC high voltage power supply
Ultra-small isolated single and dual output DC-DC high voltage power supplies launched by American Advanced Energy energy company. Advanced Energy's UltraVolt© AEQ family is optimized for power conversion in a wide range of medical, life sciences, industrial and semiconductor equipment applications.
Capable of converting +5VDC input voltages up to 600VDC at an output power of 0.5W, the AEQ series devices offer several advantages over other small form factor DC-DC power supplies. This includes an output proportional to the CONTROL pin voltage, offering complete programmability from zero to maximum rating. Output stability is within 5% at maximum voltage output and full load conditions. Its input-to-output isolation rating of up to ±1500VDC supports precise output voltage control to meet the safety ratings required for handheld devices and can also be used in medical and life science applications.

The AEQ series includes unipolar versions from 100V to 600V and bipolar versions from ±50V to ±300V, and higher power and voltage specifications are planned to be released later. The power supply is housed in a 0.5" x 0.5" x 0.5" (cubic) solid-state vacuum-encapsulated package that is resistant to shock and vibration. All devices are UL/cUL and IEC-62368-1 safety certified.
