TE Introduces New 6-Position Power Locking Lug (PDL) Connector

The connector adopts a new type of resin material, locking tabs and ergonomic round edge design, which can provide the option of complying with the glow wire standard (GWT), and has a terminal double locking function (TPA) and excellent handling performance.

This PDL connector meets UL94 V-0 and IEC 60335-1 standards. The TPA terminal locking insert can prevent the terminal from loosening in a random vibration environment, and can completely avoid the potential risk of the terminal not being locked to the correct position in the plastic case; at the same time, it can provide additional retention force for the terminal , to make the joint of the connector more reliable and further improve product performance.
