Bourns High Current PTVS Diodes with 20 kA Surge Current and Low Clamping Voltage Handling

The new PTVS20-015C-TH is capable of handling 20 kA surge current at a low voltage of 15 V, making it an ideal and effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection solution for applications requiring high power DC bus protection.

Bourns® PTVS20-015C-TH PTVS Diodes meet IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection requirements and feature low clamping voltage at peak pulse currents to help meet IEC 61000-4-5 8/20 μs lightning strike surge current requirements for protection.
