Semiconductor launches automotive-grade SoC chip BAT32A6300

Shenzhen China Micro Semicon Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of BAT32A6300, a series of automotive-grade SoC chips in QFN32 package, which can meet the needs of node actuators in size and space-sensitive automotive and driver-assisted driving domains.  

 

It continues to improve the layout of the existing automotive product lineup, the release of the automotive SoC chip BAT32A6300 carries the automotive R & D team's many years of technical precipitation. The chip adopts advanced process technology and architectural design, with the advantages of high integration, high reliability and low power consumption. With built-in MCU+LDO+LIN transceiver, the chip is capable of handling application scenarios that used to require multiple devices, and is ideal for embedded integration of applications such as switches, panels, lamps, sensors, motors, and so on.

 

 

Optimized for more precise node actuation control, the BAT32A6300 integrates a variety of advanced technologies internally, providing developers with great flexibility and scalability. The chip is based on Arm Cortex?-M0+ core, operating frequency 64 MHz, equipped with 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, the product integrated LDO, LIN transceiver, QFN32 package, with the advantages of high integration, small size, so as to meet the needs of complex and limited size space of the automotive control connectivity to reduce the number of external components and reduce the size of PCB, effectively reducing system costs. Reducing the number of external components and PCB size effectively reduces system cost.
