Littelfuse introduces its latest C&K product. MDMA Micro-D connectors with removable crimp contacts. This unique design innovation allows end users to easily create customized cable harnesses, a feature not available on any other Micro-D connector on the market today. No soldering or heat shrink tubing is required.

Mechanism of Action

The MDMA-MDMB's high-performance Micropin™ contact system utilizes "twist pin" spring-loaded male contacts and tubular socket contacts to form a removable crimp-type contact that allows for easy installation and rework by the end user. Each contact in the connector can be tested for retention using a specialized tool, and the contacts can be removed from the connector for cable extraction.
