The SZSMF4L transient suppression diode offers fast response time, low Zener impedance, high surge handling and excellent clamping capability to provide protection for these sensitive systems. Its low leakage current is also ideal for protecting sensors. Due to its small size, this diode is suitable for most automotive applications, especially vehicle electrification.
